Composer The Angel began her career at the vanguard of 90s electronic music. She is a recording artist aka 60 CHANNELS, record producer and remixer for artists such as Grammy nominee Mystic, The Pharcyde, Spearhead, Donald Byrd and more. The Angel's sound struck a chord with filmmakers in the mid 90s, which led to her scoring studio features as well as network and cable TV. Sought after by auspices including, Ava DuVernay, Idris Elba and Vondie Curtis-Hall, she is best known for the seminal feature films BOILER ROOM (Giovanni Ribisi, Vin Diesel, Ben Affleck) and KiDULTHOOD (Aml Ameen, Noel Clark). Her most recent NAACP Image Award Nominated Showtime Original Film, HEIST 88 is available on Paramount + and is followed by her HEIST 88 (Original Motion Picture Score) album, set for release on Nov 1st 2024.
